How to Report an Issue
When reporting issues, please include the following information to help us resolve it quickly:
- Which tool you were using
- A description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
- Your browser and device information
- Screenshots if possible (but without sensitive data)

Safety note
Please do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery phrases, JWTs, HMAC secrets, or confidential production data by email. Use redacted samples or test data when reporting an issue.
We usually review contact messages within 1-2 business days. Technical corrections are checked against the referenced documentation before changes are published.
