How we protect your privacy and data
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 7, 2026
At BeautiCode, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data across two different types of features: privacy-first developer tools that run in your browser, and AI Image, Icon, and TTS (text-to-speech) Generators that use our servers for generation.
Our 90+ developer tools (JSON formatter, CSV/XML/YAML converters, Base64 and URL codecs, hash/UUID/QR generators, regex tester, and similar) run entirely in your browser. When you use these tools:
- Input data stays on your device — we never receive it
- No information about the content you process is sent to our servers
- No personal information is required or collected to use them
You can verify this by opening your browser's DevTools Network tab while using any of these tools — you will see zero data payloads uploaded.
Unlike our developer tools, the AI Image Generator, AI Icon Generator, and AI TTS Generator use our servers to run generation jobs. Google sign-in is required, and signed-in users get 5 generations per day per type. When you use these features, we process the following data:
- Google account profile: your Google ID, email address, display name, and avatar image (provided by Google OAuth)
- Prompt text: the description you enter for each generation
- Generated image: stored on our object storage so you can download and preview it
- Technical signals: your IP address, used to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse
- Job metadata: style, image size, and timestamps
Generation happens on a dedicated worker that calls our ComfyUI backend. We do not sell, share, or use this data for training AI models. Prompt text is checked for safety before a generation job is accepted.
Public community gallery sharing is disabled. Generated images, icons, TTS audio, and prompts are shown only in your own signed-in generation history while they are retained.
- Your generated file
- The prompt text you submitted
- Generation metadata such as type, size, status, and creation time
These entries are removed automatically after 7 days. Your email, name, IP address, prompts, and generated files are not published in a public gallery.
- Generated images, icons, TTS audio, and their prompts: stored together for 7 days, then permanently deleted. The result file (WebP for images and icons, WAV for TTS) and the matching database record (prompt, language, voice, IP, fingerprint, status) are removed in the same cleanup cycle.
- Account data (Google profile, sessions): kept while your account is active; removed on deletion request.
Once you sign in with Google, we set an HTTP-only session cookie (managed by Better Auth) to keep you logged in. It expires after 7 days of inactivity. This cookie is strictly necessary to use the AI generators and cannot be disabled while you remain signed in — simply sign out to clear it.
Separate cookies used by Google Analytics and Google AdSense are described in the sections below.
Regardless of where you live, you can exercise the following rights over the data tied to your account:
- Request a copy of the personal data associated with your account
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated generation records
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (analytics, advertising)
To exercise any of these rights, email us at profitatelier@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days.
