By accessing or using BeautiCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Permission is granted to use the tools and services on BeautiCode for both personal and commercial purposes, free of charge. You own the output your inputs produce (formatted code, converted data, generated values) and may use it without restriction in any project, including paid work and client deliverables. This is the grant of a license to use the service, not a transfer of title to the site itself.

Under this license, you may not:

• Redistribute the BeautiCode website itself, or republish substantial portions of its source code, content, or UI as your own product
• “Mirror” the site on another server or wrap the tools in a competing service that re-hosts our pages
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Use automated scripts to scrape, abuse, or otherwise place undue load on the site or its public tools

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BeautiCode at any time. Output you have already produced under the license remains yours.

The tools and services on BeautiCode are provided “as is”. BeautiCode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, BeautiCode does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

BeautiCode may display limited third-party advertisements after advertising is enabled for the site. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any products or services advertised. Advertising revenue may help us keep the tools free.

You may use ad-blocking software, though this may affect some site functionality. We never display pop-up ads, autoplay video ads, or any intrusive advertising formats.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BeautiCode, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
