By accessing or using BeautiCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the tools and services on BeautiCode for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BeautiCode at any time.

The tools and services on BeautiCode are provided “as is”. BeautiCode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, BeautiCode does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

BeautiCode displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for any products or services advertised. Ad revenue is what enables us to provide all our tools completely free of charge.

You may use ad-blocking software, though this may affect some site functionality. We never display pop-up ads, autoplay video ads, or any intrusive advertising formats.

Account. Access requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Usage limits. Each account is limited to 5 free generations per day, with a short cooldown between requests. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts or automated scripts is prohibited.

Prohibited prompts. You may not submit prompts intended to generate: sexual content involving minors, content that defames identifiable individuals, deepfakes, hate speech, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property. We may block or remove any generation that violates these rules and suspend accounts in repeated cases.

Content ownership. You retain ownership of prompts you submit. You are granted the right to use resulting images, icons, and TTS audio for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law. You grant BeautiCode a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your generated output and prompts in the public Community Gallery for up to 7 days for discovery purposes. After 7 days, the generated file and all associated prompt records are permanently deleted.

Community Gallery.Content shared in the gallery must follow the same prohibited-content rules. Do not copy, redistribute, or claim authorship of other users' generations.

Anonymous trial. Visitors without an account may attempt one free generation per day, subject to Cloudflare Turnstile verification and prompt safety checks. Anonymous trials are a best-effort preview; we may throttle, disable, or remove the feature at any time without notice. Anonymous creations are not eligible for inclusion in the public Community Gallery.

Service availability. Generation is provided on a best-effort basis. We may throttle, queue, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, cost control, or abuse mitigation without prior notice.
